Today marks the start of our 90 day fitness and weight loss challenge here on BodyByBate.com. As mentioned in our first podcast, we’re off to a good start here on Day 1.
Weigh in:

224 lbs. This is pretty much the heaviest I’ve been at well over 30 pounds heavier than I weighed in university.

Waist (at belly button): 41″
Hips: 44″
Chest: 44″
Neck: 16.25″
Bicep: Right: 14.25″ Left: 13.25″
Thigh: Right: 25.5″ Left: 25.5″
Calf: Right: 16″ left: 16″
Goals:
Weight loss goal: lose 40 lbs
Fitness goal: Run the Bluenose full marathon in May, 2013.
The next 90 days are going to be pretty intense for me. I realize that May is outside of the 90 day window, so by the end of the 90 days I’d like to be running a 10K in the mid 50 minutes, and be training for the marathon in May. I feel my weight loss goals are attainable. I remember myself at 185 and know that it’s a pretty healthy weight for me.
