an International Master Trainer. Her experience spans from training Royalty in Saudi Arabia, celebrities in the UK, CEO’s, Stay at Home Mom’s, Entrepreneurs and Presenters.
Rosa is a kettlebell expert qualified with the International Kettlebell Fitness Federation, the worlds leading Kettlebell certifications. As well as being a personal trainer Rosa is also Sports Massage Therapist and International speaker.
Rosa talks about a big hurtle of thinking that she was doing all the right things, yet still struggling with a lot of things with her health and fitness. Sorting through all the information available to us was a big challenge to find out what works for her and what actually is healthy.
How do you stay so motivated and accountable?
Having a solid support system is key to staying accountable and motivated. Rosa talks about how the longer she has been practising a healthy living, the more she is self motivated and driven due to how she feels.
Key Advice For Beginners
Understand that the choices you make do make a difference. The little things you do overtime will add up to make a huge difference. Stick with it.
“I’m not telling you it’s going to be easy, but I’m telling you it’s going to be worth it.”
