Biggest challenge
Injury has been the biggest challenge for Laura over the years. Understanding you need to give your body some time to recover is very important to getting through these challenges.
How do you stay so motivated and accountable?
Having friends that are fitness focused is hugely motivating. Whether they are in person or on social media, it’s a great way to keep at it and stay accountable.
Key Advice For Beginners
You need to adjust your attitude and be in the right mindset. Instead of saying you’re going to restrict things, approach it as if you’re going to free yourself with fitness.
