The biggest motivator for Jenny is knowing that she never wants to go back to where she was before her healthy living journey.

Don’t give up. You decided to get healthy for a reason. You’re not going to see results right away so it’s important to stick with it and enjoy the process. Create one habit at a time while you go through your journey.
