Finding something you really enjoy and then push your limits and experience what you can really do is one of the ways that Heather talks about how she stays on track and moving forward. Accountability partners are also a huge way to stick with it.

Stop saying should do or wish you could do. Sit down and define what the important reasons are for you changing your lifestyle and then decide where you want to be a year from now.
