Gina broke her arm while training for a full marathon. She shares how she overcame this injury and got back into her groove.

Gina’s husband and children are a big motivator in her life and helps her stay on track. Her blog and Facebook page are also great accountability tools.

Start small goals in the beginning and be patient with yourself. Find what works for you – there’s never a one size fits all with healthy living.
