She’s the gluten-free kitchen explorer. She’s a lover of all things fitness and a healthy living enthusiast and blogger over at GabbysGFree.com.

Biggest challenge

Shifting from a cardio-only focus to a weight-lifting focus from a fitness stand point was a challenge. She talks about how having the undiagnosed gluten intolerance for so long cause bone density issues which made lifting weights very important to build bone strength up.

How do you stay so motivated and accountable?

Gabby has some great support at her gym for accountability. She talks how developing a love for fitness and health has made it quite easy for her to stay motivated and on track.

Gabby talks about building up your corner – make sure you have a very strong support system there to cheer, keep you motivated, but also keeping you accountable. She talks about how that can be done in person or online.
